Irene is a Hong Konger, speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English. She has been a licensed real estate broker for more than two decades with wide experience in real estate transactions and knowledge of real estate market in GTA. In cooperation with her, we will* endeavour to find an ideal home**, either rental or self-own, for you in GTA (Great Toronto Area), even when you are still in Hong Kong or overseas.

** Hong Kong SAR is a overcrowded metropolis. There are hundreds or even thousands of apartments in a single area or estate. For viewing of apartments in an area or estate for rent or sale , you can be shown many of them within a couple of hours by HK real estate agents.
In contrast, GTA is huge which is seven times as big as HK. Given that your ideal dwelling units can be scattered remotely, real estate agents in GTA are only able to show you, or view on your behalf, 2 to 4 units in a day. Although it is the landlord in Ontario who pays the commission to the agent who can get the rental agreement closed, agents are usually not willing to take the task of finding rental residential home, due to high cost and benefit.
To order to help HK newcomers to find home in GTA even when you are still in HK or overseas, Irene will kindly take the tasks nevertheless. To be fair (in terms of cost), max. 2 viewings are available for each home finder. Hope that such limited number of viewings is understandable.
