About Us
As we three - Ken, Arrow and Marcus - are immigrants to Canada ourselves, we did experience and understand the hardship of moving and integrating to a new country like Canada. During a coffee chat, we came up with a common idea: to do something to help Hong Kongers to move and integrate into Ontario as smooth, easy and happy as possible. It was such an enthusiasm to establish BonValue Relocation - an entity under BonValue Canada Limited - in order to implement our idea.
Once we introduced this idea to some professionals who are also Hong Kong immigrants, they were equally enthusiastic to cooperate with us to offer help to Hong Kong newcomers.
With our local knowledge of, our network and experience in Ontario as well as education and competence in different fields, we will now work together as a team to implement our idea and mission:
"to provide Hong Kong newcomers with the peace of mind of settling down smoothly, easily and happily in a new place - Ontario! "

Ken Mak
Manager

Ken is a serial entrepreneur and business consultant.
Besides his present career, he is the manager at BonValue Relocation who is responsible for coordinating Hong Kong newcomers and the related team members to resolve the newcomers' issues about their moving and integrating to Ontario.
Arrow Tian
Rental Property Manager
BSc (Hons), P. Eng & PMP
Arrow is a civil engineer, graduated from the University of Toronto.
Besides her present job, she is responsible at BonValue Relocation for the rental properties in North York, Etobicoke and Mississauga.
Cantik Chan
Tax & Immigration Consultant
BSc, MBA, CPA (HKICPA), CPA (Ontario) & RCIC (R710841)
Cantik is not only a Certified Public Accountant registered in Hong Kong and Ontario, but also a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

In cooperation with BonValue Relocation, he will provide HK immigrants advice and services on taxation issues in Hong Kong and/or Ontario as well as immigration issues.
Marcus A. Mak
Project leader

Marcus is a civil engineer, graduated from the University of Toronto,.

Besides his present job, he is project leader of investment and remodelling in the rental properties in GTA whose target tenants are Hong Kong newcomers.
Irene N. Chu
Real Estate Broker

Irene has been a licensed real estate broker in Ontario for more than two decades with wide experience in real estate transactions and knowledge of real estate market in GTA.

In cooperation with BonValue Relocation, Irene will help Hong Kong newcomers to find a home, rental or owned, in GTA, even though they are in Hong Kong.

Matthew Sin
English Tutor

Matthew was born and raised in England and has been teaching English for 7 years in a variety of settings. In addition to Master degree, he earned his Bachelors in English and Creative Writing in 2010 in Royal Holloway, University of London and Trinity Cert TESOL. He is a English tutor of Master Class Education Centre - a private tuition institution in HK.

In cooperation with BonValue Relocation, he will be an English tutor for those HK newcomers to improve English prior to moving to Canada.

Master Class Education Centre (MSEC) is a private tuition institution with comprehensive programme in HK conducted by qualified tutors with different academic background.

Kelly Mak
Handyman
Before retirement, Kelly Mak had been a general contractor for home remodelling for more than three decades in Sweden, Norway, China, HK and Canada. As he has been assembling more than a thousand of IKEA products in his career, he can be considered an expert in assembling IKEA products.
​
He is responsible for assembling furniture, both IKEA and other brands for Hong Kong newcomers before or after their arrivals in GTA.
Barry Tai
Volunteer Driver
Barry has driver's licences in both Ontario and New York State.
Beside his present career as a clinical research associate, Barry is so generous as to be a volunteer for picking up and/or driving those HK newcomers with tight economy around for dealing with their settle-in practicalities in GTA.
N.K.Man
Driver
Man Gor has had driving experience in Ontario for more than two decades.
In cooperation with BonValue
Relocation, he is the driver for airport pickup, chauffeured car service, sightseeing and rental truck for moving.
